The Municipality of Notre-Dame de Lorette is requesting tenders for the renovation of the Chalet des loisirs located at 100, rang Ste-Anne in Notre-Dame de Lorette.

TIME: At 3:00 p. m.
Bids will be received physically at the office of Gosselin & Fortin Architects, located at 971 Sacré-Cœur Boulevard, St-Félicien, in a sealed envelope marked RENOVATION DU CHALET DES LOISIRS, no later than 3:00 p. m. (local time) on Friday, September 20, 2019. Such tenders shall be publicly opened at the Architect's office immediately after the end of the bidding period mentioned above.
Any delay in the transmission of the bid after the time, deadline and location indicated for the submission of the bid will automatically result in non-compliance and rejection of the bid.
Bids must be accompanied by a certified cheque for 10% of the amount bid payable to the Owner, Municipality of Notre-Dame de Lorette, or a bid bond for 15% of the value of the work, valid for a period of 60 days following the bid opening date. This bid security must be exchanged at the signing of the contract by a performance guarantee equivalent to 50% of the value of the project. Only bids from contractors with an establishment in Quebec and holding, where applicable, the licence required under the Building Act (R.S.Q., c. B.-1.1) will be considered for the purpose of awarding the contract.
Duration of the work: The work must be completed before November 15, 2019.
The Municipality of Notre Dame de Lorette does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the bids received, and this, without any obligation of any kind towards the bidder or bidders.
