Description

The subject of the contract is:1. supply of consumables:- disposable dialysis equipment: arterio-venous lines, haemodialysis needles, dialyzers, in the quantities and parameters required specified in Annex No. 1a (part No. 1-3) to this specification,- concentrates, filters as described and in the quantities specified in Annex No. 1a to the specification (part No. 4);2. lease of 15 dialysis equipment meeting the conditions specified in Annex No. 1b to the ToR. The Contracting Authority shall pay a monthly lease (specified in the tender offer) from the moment of delivery of the equipment;3. securing the technical service of the dialysis station. The Contractor shall be obliged to provide, from Monday to Saturday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., a qualified service technician who shall be responsible for maintaining the dialysis station equipment in continuous operation.
