Description
The University Hospital Düsseldorf is building a new laboratory building for wet research on the hospital premises (13.58) The new laboratory building for about 150 employees is being constructed in an eastern location on the grounds of the University Hospital. The new laboratories will be mainly research and teaching laboratories in S1/S2 - quality for molecular biology wet preparative, chemical wet preparative and equipment-intensive work, with a certain degree of computer-related theoretical deductive work. The space and function programme provides for a process- and use-oriented allocation of space on the basis of standard room sizes of various sizes. In order to enable synergies, the formation of use-oriented clusters is explicitly desired from an economic point of view. A flexible room configuration in the sense of sustainable building operation in the future is also a priority. In total, a usable floor space (NF 1-6) of around 8 460 m2 will be implemented. The new building is a research building with laboratory and office workplaces. Subject of the tendering procedure: The University Hospital Düsseldorf intends to award the following relocation services from 4 buildings on the campus of the HHU, 3 buildings within the UKD clinic premises and from a building on Gurlittstraße in Düsseldorf to the new building 13.58 on the clinic premises in Düsseldorf and to the building 97.36 LSC next to the clinic premises to the contractor.
