Description

This is a restricted European tender for Radboudumc's removal services. Within the Radboudumc there are continuous relocation movements and due to the size of the hospital, changes quickly create logistical challenges. As a result, there is a need for a partner who supports all-round relocation services, including the deployment of employees for (re)placement (ICT) equipment. The aim is to conclude a four-year framework agreement (2021-2024) with a single party who will ensure that Removal Services for the Radboudumc are carried out.
This is a non-public procedure with the aim of concluding a framework agreement with a single Contractor in the field of removal services and associated services, such as, for example, the deployment of employees for ICT work for (re)installation of (ICT) equipment.The following components are part of the tendering procedure:- the provision of regular removal services,- IM: connecting ICT facilities and project-based replacement of workstations,- relocation in the case of small and medium-sized projects (< 7,500 m2) The following components fall outside the scope of this agreement:- the removal of archive documents,- the removal of hazardous substances,- relocation of larger projects (>7,500 m2).
