CALL FOR TENDERS
NOTICE is hereby given that bids will be received at City Hall for:

No. SP-29783 Repair of pumps and gears in drinking water stations

Submissions will be received no later than 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at the Submission Office of the Registry Service, 1 Place du Souvenir, Ville de Laval. Opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8:15 a.m. to noon and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
1. Bidding documents are available on the SEAO Electronic Bidding System at www.seao.ca or by contacting one of its representatives by telephone at 514 856-6600 for the Montreal area, or for external use at 1-800-669-seao (7326).
2. Only bids submitted on documents specially prepared for this purpose and which are found to comply with the conditions listed in the tender documents will be considered.
3. Bids must be submitted to the Registrar in a sealed envelope, clearly identified on the outer envelope as to the bid number and the name of the bidder and presented on the documents prepared for this purpose.
4. Only bids received within the above-mentioned deadline will be opened at 11:00 a.m. on the same day in the City Hall Council Chamber.
However, Ville de Laval reserves the privilege of not accepting the lowest or any of the bids and of not incurring any legal action or claim for costs or losses incurred by the bidders. In addition, the City shall not be liable for any incomplete written notices or documents conveyed by electronic means or for any errors or omissions. Consequently, all bidders must ensure, before bidding, that they obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders.
