Total or partial refurbishment work on the following cases: - replacement of terracotta tile roofing,- replacement of concrete tile roofing,- replacement of standing seam zinc roofing,- replacement of steel tank roofing,- roof insulation work,- zinc work, replacement of channels, gutters and rainwater downspouts,- occasional work to restore structural elements. As an indication, 6 operations have been carried out for EUR 604,000.00 excluding VAT over the last 2 years, from EUR 15,000 to 180,000.00 excluding VAT. Total or partial refurbishment work on the following cases: - replacement of external wood or PVC joinery by external PVC joinery, installation in renovation, total removal, - replacement of shutters such as roller shutters, PVC or aluminium, integrated into the joinery or not integrated into the joinery,- replacement of shutters such as sliding PVC shutters,- revision of existing PVC joinery,- joining of existing PVC joinery. As an indication, over the last 2 years, 5 transactions have been carried out for 866,000.00 EUR excluding VAT, from 25,000 to 200,000.00 EUR excluding VAT. Total or partial refurbishment work on the following cases: - exterior joinery: replacement of exterior wood joinery by exterior wood joinery, installation in renovation,- total removal,- model according to ABF/replacement of shutters type wood shutter, type BSO, type Jalousie Lyonnaise, type interior blind/replacement of wooden lambrequin,- interior joinery: replacement of landing doors, cupboard doors, communication door housing, access door in common part (without and with fire protection degrees). As an indication, over the last 2 years, 5 operations have been carried out for 332,000.00 EUR excluding VAT, from 30,000 to 120,000.00 EUR excluding VAT. Total or partial refurbishment work on the following cases: - double-layer waterproofing + insulation + heavy protection, - self-protected waterproofing + insulation, - EPDM waterproofing + insulation, - waterproofing + insulation + protection by pegwall, - waterproofing complex with asbestos (other than mitron), 9 operations have been carried out in the last 2 years for 1,314,000.00 EUR HT, from 50,000 to 300,000.00 EUR HT. Total or partial refurbishment work on the following cases: - restoration of facade with lime plaster,- restoration of facade with mineral paint,- restoration of facade with class D2, D3 or I3 paint,- creation of LTE with plaster finish + paint, mineral wool (LM) or polystyrene insulation,- creation of LTE with cladding type finish, LM or polystyrene insulation. 5 operations have been carried out in the last 2 years for 1 241 000,00 EUR HT, from 15 000 to 500 000 e HT. Total or partial refurbishment work on the following cases: electrical security of the dwellings, with modification and/or replacement of the existing dwelling panels; - complete refurbishment of the dwelling electrical installations according to NFC 15-100; - replacement or creation of the intercom and access control system; - replacement of the lighting in the common areas; - replacement of the electrical panels in the common areas; - replacement of the TV or FT installations. As an indication, 8 operations have been carried out in the last 2 years for EUR 807 000,00 excluding VAT, from 35 000 to 250 000 e excluding VAT.
