The CIUSSS DE LA CAPITALE NATIONALE is conducting a public call for tenders to redevelop the day centre at CHSLD St-Charles de Limoilou, located at 1401 and 1405, chemin de la Canardière, Quebec City, Quebec.
Deadline for completion of the work: September 2019 to November 2020
A site visit is scheduled for August 7 at 14:00.
Bidding documents can only be obtained through the SE@O electronic bidding system at www.seao.ca or 514-856-6600 for residents in the Montreal area and toll-free at 1-866-669-7326 for external residents.
Bids, accompanied by all required documents, will be received in a sealed envelope no later than August 21, 2019 at 2:00 p.m., at 2915, avenue du Bourg-Royal, Québec City, Québec, G1C 3S2. The office is open from 8am to 12pm and from 1pm to 4pm.
A 10% bid security is required.
Any questions regarding this call for tenders must be submitted, IN WRITING, before the deadline date and time for receipt of tenders, to Ms. Maria Dionizio, at the following e-mail address: maria.dionizio.ciussscn@ssss.gouv.qc.ca.
Please note that the CIUSSS DE LA CAPITALE NATIONALE reserves the right not to consider a request for clarification made by a bidder if such a request is sent to it less than 3 working days before the deadline set for the receipt of bids
