Description

The subject matter of the order is the supply of a line for the production of alternative fuel (RDF) under the project entitled "Expansion of the Waste Management Plant Nowy Dwór Sp. z o.o.". The subject matter of the order should be carried out in accordance with the description of the subject matter of the order (hereinafter referred to as OPZ), which is Annex No. 6 to the SWZ.
The general scope of the subject matter of the order: 1) Preparation of the technological design of the installation in Polish in the number of min. 3 copies.2) Delivery of a complete technological line of machines for the production of RDF alternative fuel, consisting of the following devices:- separator (Fe) for ferrous waste - 1 piece- separator (nFe) for non-ferrous waste - 1 piece- final shredder - 1 pieceThe above machines should be communicated with each other to form a technological line by means of belt conveyors allowing to transport waste between successive devices and to enable the reception of separated fractions. 3) Delivery of brand new communication steel structures.4) Assembly of the complete process line of machines.5) Selection and completion of equipment, assembly and organization and coordination of all work in the delivery, assembly and commissioning of the complete process line.6) Installation of power supply to process equipment from the low voltage switchgear in the transformer station ST 4.7) Implementation of control and control systems and visualization on the localized control cabinet for the process line. 8) Development of commissioning documentation..9) Commissioning and start-up of the complete process line. Implementation of mechanical and technological commissioning will be preceded by notifying the Ordering Party and the Investor's Supervisor of the planned date of execution of commissioning (mechanical and technological) in advance min. 7 (seven) working days before the planned start-ups (written notification). The condition for commencement of mechanical commissioning is acceptance of the commissioning documentation by the Principal and the Supervisor, while the condition for commencement of technological commissioning is positively completed mechanical commissioning.10) Preparation and submission to the Principal for approval of operating instructions in Polish in the number of min. 3 copies min. 14 days before the planned mechanical start-up.11) Training of the Ordering Party's personnel in the operation, maintenance, servicing and health and safety regulations of the supplied technology. 12) Assume responsibility for all machinery and equipment supplied under the subject of this contract as technological equipment these machines and equipment must be brand new.13) Provide complete acceptance documentation to the Purchaser, including DTR, declaration of conformity of machinery and equipment with EC standards or equivalent standards, together with as-built drawing and descriptive documentation in Polish, in electronic and paper form in 3 copies.14) Provide service for the warranty period,
