Description

The services include the supply and delivery of alcoholic drinks (champagnes, wines, beers, strong alcohols, etc.) and non-alcoholic drinks (water, fruit juices, sodas, syrups, etc.) as part of the Bal des Fous. For this lot, the consultation will give rise, pursuant to the 2nd paragraph of Article R. 2162-2, and Articles R. 2162-4, R. 2162-13 and R. 2192-14 of the Public Procurement Code, to a framework agreement with purchase orders, for a period of 4 months, non renewable, with no minimum or maximum amount. The services of this lot consist in developing and decorating the site for the evenings of the Bal des Fous. The Riviera terrace covers an area of 2,328 m2, including: - a rotating circular dance floor with a maximum diameter of 7 to 8 m,- a 3-storey reception podium and different sizes of floorboards (approximately 195 floorboards) according to the needs of the different areas (VIP lounge, etc.).),- to install awnings to protect the premises from light (about 710 m2),- to arrange the bar area (40 ml) and the back bar (40 ml),- to provide furniture meeting the Am18 standard (for information 147 benches, 10 round tables, 200 square tables...),- to install green or pink artificial grass (about 900 m2 in all) or to install floors,- to provide various elements such as inflatable structures (3), beach cabins (5), Chilean cabins (50)...,- to provide M1 fireproof decorative elements (about 80), such as suspensions (planes, hot air balloons...) and giant inflatable elements (mushrooms, clouds, etc.)),- to ensure a technical permanence (4 people including 1 rigger). The services of this lot consist of managing a temporary bar area, serving drinks (provided by lot 1) and collecting cash - in cashless mode and blue card - on behalf of SEMEC. The services include the recruitment and management of the staff assigned to this service, as well as their remuneration. The service provider must set up the appropriate organisation to guarantee the quality of service and responsiveness.
