Description
The purpose of this Advance Notice is to inform potential suppliers of an upcoming Request for Proposal (RFP) process for the supply of specialist services for the delivery of a Recidivist Drink and Drug Driving Intervention Programme (“the Programme”).
Auckland Transport (AT) intends to award a contract(s) for an initial term of three years, with one right of renewal of two years, subject to funding.
The Programme attendees can gain entrance to the Programme through a variety of methods, such as, self, court ordered, and legal counsel referrals. The Programme Provider needs to have established networks and relationships with key referral agencies. e.g. NZ Police & the Ministry of Justice
The Programme is a substantive body of work and to ensure value is obtained and fair opportunity provided to the market, AT is undertaking an open RFP process to award a contract to up to two providers who can meet all RFP preconditions and have the proven capability to deliver the Programme. AT will consider a joint venture (partnership) proposal, where providers have combined their skill sets and capability.
