Description

1) The scope of the contract shall include in particular: 1) Successive delivery of reagents at the Economic Operator's expense, by own transport to the Awarding Entity's registered office in Kraków, in accordance with the list of locations of UJ CM units specified in the ToR, in lots depending on the Awarding Entity's current needs.2) Bringing the subject of the contract to the place and room indicated by the User and unloading it.3The minimum required expiry date of the subject of the order (of each reagent) on the date of delivery to the Ordering Party may not be shorter than 2/3 of the expiry date specified by the manufacturer.4 Orders for individual units of the Ordering Party shall be packed and invoiced separately, regardless of the value of the order. The Ordering Party requires that on each delivered package, the Contractor shall include a legible name, expiry date (or a written declaration of the manufacturer on the expiry date), information on transport temperature and storage conditions for the subject of the order, under pain of refusal to accept delivery by the Ordering Party, whereby the Contractor undertakes to bear responsibility for the costs incurred in connection therewith.5The Contractor shall deliver invoices to the Contracting Authority in accordance with the Contractor's declaration included in the offer form, taking into account the possibility of change resulting from the content of the model agreement being an integral part of the ToR.6. In the event of a change in the form of delivery of invoices in relation to the content of statements made in the tender offer, the Contractor undertakes to notify the Contracting Authority's representative (sent in writing, by fax or e-mail) at least 7 calendar days before the delivery of subsequent invoices.7Deliveries must be carried out up to 21 calendar days from the date of each written order (e.g. by e-mail, fax) * additional scoring (day of order placement) in accordance with the information contained in point 13 of the ToR, with the reservation that in the case of customized products this deadline will be maximum 40 calendar days (*the deadline for the order of customized products is not additionally scoring).8 In the case of reagents that are subject to legal restrictions, e.g. required declaration of the final user, etc., the delivery date starts from the date of delivery by the Ordering Party of the required documents.9Orders shall be placed on business days, Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The Contractor shall deliver reagents from Monday to Friday (except for public holidays), 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., within 21 calendar days from the date of placing the order, provided that in the case of customized products this period shall be 40 calendar days. The order will contain the offered price of the product less the amount of discount offered by the Contractor and the currently valid promotion.10 The Contractor is obliged to confirm receipt of the order each time by fax, e-mail or using the Contractor's electronic system, if the Contractor offers access to an authorized electronic system.11 The Ordering Party recognizes as working days the days from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays.12The Contracting Authority reserves that if the designated delivery day is a non-working day of Jagiellonian University CM, the designated delivery date shall be the first working day after the non-working days.13 In the case of suspension of production or withdrawal of the subject of the order from production, the Contracting Authority allows for replacement with equivalents, provided that the Contractor obtains a written consent of the Contracting Authority. This change does not require annexing.14. The Contractor undertakes to replace the defective products covered by the contract with products free from defects at his own expense within 21 calendar days and in the case of customized products within 40 calendar days from the date of receipt of the complaint.2) Other, additional information in point 3) of the ToR.
