Description

The subject of the proceedings is selection of a Contractor for the successive supply of reagents and consumables for the organisational units of the Jagiellonian University (except for the Jagiellonian University's Collegium Medicum), intended in particular for statutory, scientific, research and experimental-scientific activity of the research units.
The subject of the proceedings and the order is to select a Contractor for the successive supply of reagents and consumables for the organisational units of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków (with the exception of the Jagiellonian University Medical College), intended in particular for the statutory, scientific, research and experimental-development activity.2A detailed description of the subject of the order, including a quantitative list of reagents and consumables, is specified in Annex A to the SWZ, which also serves as a form for calculating the price of the offer, and in the catalogue available at: https://www.aabiot.com/produkty, which contains a list of reagents and consumables not included in Annex A to the SWZ but covered by the subject of the order.3 The basis for determining the price of reagents or consumables listed in Annex A to the SWZ will be the prices in the Contractor's offer. For other reagents and consumables offered in a current, publicly available catalogue, the price shall be established on the basis of the price valid in the catalogue as of the date of placing the order, taking into account a discount offered by the Contractor. 4. If a reagent or consumable listed in Appendix A is withdrawn from distribution and replaced with a substitute (equivalent) product, the Purchaser shall be entitled to purchase at a price not higher than the contractually agreed price for the replaced reagent or consumable5. The Ordering Party informs that the subject matter of the contract does not refer to the assortment going beyond the subject matter defined in SWZ, i.e. products that are not reagents or consumables but are listed in the catalogue. Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is given in Chapter III SWZ and in Annex A to SWZ, available on the website of the conducted proceedings.
