The subject of the proceedings and order is to select a Contractor for the supply of reagents manufactured by Becton Dickinson Biosciences for the organisational units of the Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum in Kraków, in particular for statutory, scientific, research and experimental-development activities.
The subject matter of the proceedings and the contract is selection of a Contractor for successive (partial) supplies of reagents manufactured by Becton Dickinson Biosciences for the organisational units of the Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum in Kraków, intended in particular for statutory, scientific, research and experimental-development activity.2 In accordance with Article 257 of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority anticipates the possibility of invalidating the proceedings if public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance the contract were not granted.3.The subject matter of the contract can be financed or co-financed in particular with funds from the European Union or other funds obtained within the framework of projects or agreements or external programmes or grants, etc., both currently carried out by the Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum as well as those to be implemented in the future.4: https://www.bdbiosciences.com/en-pl, which includes reagents not included in Attachment A to the SWZ but covered by the subject matter of the contract. This description should be read together with any possible amendments to the content of the SWZ, resulting e.g. from answers to the Bidders' questions. A list of the main locations of the Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum organisational units located in the City of Krakow, to which the subject matter of the contract will be successively delivered: ul. św. Anny, ul. M. Kopernika, ul. Grzegórzecka, ul. Łazarza, ul. Czysta, ul. Śniadeckich, ul. Botaniczna, Bocheńska street, Skawińska street, Skarbowa street, Prądnicka street, Wielicka street, Lenartowicza street, Montelupich street, Złotej Jesień housing estate, Medyczna street, Michałowskiego street, Zamoyskiego street, Podwale street, Jakubowskiego street and other locations of organizational units of Jagiellonian University located in the area of the City of Cracow. Buildings in which many of the Ordering Party's organisational units are located are located throughout the city of Krakow, other locations indicated each time on the Ordering Party's order form are located in Poland, however the number of deliveries to addresses other than those of UJ CM will not exceed 3% of the number of all deliveries. The Contractor each time in the shipping address indicates the person specified in the order. The person indicated in the shipping address is responsible for receiving and supervising the content-related correctness of the received products and checking whether the received products are of high quality.6. The subject matter of the order, specified in Appendix A to the SWZ, was prepared on the basis of an analysis of deliveries made in the last 12 months, within the framework of the conducted statutory tasks, research, scientific projects and research, experimental, development, etc. programs, the continuation or comparison of which, exchange of experiences and research results, comparisons, innovativeness, etc. requires the absolute use of reagents from the same manufacturers or the manufacturer indicated in this SWZ. From the analysis of supplies performed in previous years it appears that it is difficult to predict the repeatability of quantity and assortment as well as packaging, and it should be taken into account that it is often necessary to change reagents in the course of research and the need to replace them with new products or others belonging to the same category.
