Supply of voltage detectors for 3 kV cc electric traction lines The award procedure is called for pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 (Code of Public Contracts) and Presidential Decree no. 207/2010 - limited to the part still in force pursuant to art. 216 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 - for the part applicable to the c.All the services that are the subject of the contract are attributable to the main services; therefore, it is not possible for multi-subject competitors as per art. 45, paragraph 2, letter d), e), f) and g) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, as amended, to participate in the contract of a vertical or mixed nature. In the preliminary risk assessment phase of the contract in question, no additional costs have been identified for safety measures relating to the elimination of interference risks, therefore these safety costs are zero.once the nature of the services to be performed is known, it is not necessary to draw up a single document assessing interference risks.the above amounts include any form of possible options or renewals of the contract (see point II.2).The supply must be carried out in compliance with the provisions of the technical supply specification no. RFI DPR DIT STF IFS TE 084 rev. B of 16.5.2019 (attached to the draft contract).
