Supply of triangular rail bumpers - DAC.0060.2019In accordance with art. 95, par. 4, letter b) of Legislative Decree 50/2016, it should be noted that the present tender concerns materials with standardised characteristics, produced on the basis of drawings 1780, 1780B and the document "Bumper thicknesses", placed at the base of the tender, which do not allow discretionary powers with respect to the technical requirements envisaged, as they report dimensions, dimensions, tolerances, quality of the materials and technical characteristics, such as to render the product standardised.The award procedure is called for pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 (Code of Public Contracts) and Presidential Decree no. 207/2010 - limited to the provisions still in force pursuant to Article 216 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 - for the part applicable to the so-called special sectors.
