Supply of "Mooring Isolator and Load-bearing Isolators for 3 Kv overhead contact lines".The award criterion provided is the lowest price.Pursuant to art. 95 paragraph 4, letter b) of Legislative Decree 50/2016 as amended, that this tender has as its object the supply of materials whose technical documentation placed on the basis of the tender fully describes all the characteristics of the product, which, therefore, can be considered standardized.All the services covered by this contract are attributable to a single service; therefore, the participation of multiple bidders referred to in Art. 45, paragraph 2, lett d), e), f) and g), of Legislative Decree 50/2016 s.m. of a vertical or mixed nature, but exclusively of a horizontal type.The awarding procedure is called in accordance with Legislative Decree 50/2016 (Public Contracts Code) and Presidential Decree 207/2010 - limited to the rules still in force pursuant to Article 216 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 - for the part applicable to the so-called Special Sectors.
