Lot no. 1 CIG: 8976559AD1 - Amount subject to tender € 1.481.296,60 net of VAT;Lot no. 2 CIG: 8976562D4A - Amount subject to tender € 1.481.296,60 net of VAT;Lot no. 3 CIG: 8976565FC3 - Amount subject to tender € 1.975.062.14 net of VAT;It is specified that the supplier will be requested to provide assistance in the field during the commissioning activities (the latter activities being the exclusive responsibility of RFI), specifying that this mere assistance service is included and offset in the supply prices of the materials. For this reason, pursuant to art. 26 c.3-ter of Legislative Decree 81/08, the Unified Document for the Assessment of Interference Risks (DUVRI) is attached to the Contract, containing an assessment of the standard risks related to the type of service that could potentially derive from the performance of the Contract, specifying that at this stage no additional costs for safety measures to eliminate interference risks emerge, therefore such safety costs are currently equal to zero. If interference is detected following the integration of the DUVRI, and it becomes necessary to provide for measures that give rise to interference safety charges, the same shall be paid using the prices set out in the OS tariff of the Ferrovie dello Stato Group, as most recently published at the time of use, without any discount. The above amounts are inclusive of the option set out in paragraph II.2 below.RFI S.p.A. intends to examine the bids before verifying the suitability of the tenderers. The provisions of art. 133 co. 8 of legislative decree 50/2016 shall apply.
Supply of SF6 three-pole circuit breakers for SSE - DAC.0106.2021 The proposed award criterion is the lowest price. The choice of the aforementioned criterion, pursuant to Article 95 paragraph 4, letter b) of Legislative Decree 50/2016 as amended, is justified by the fact that the product in question has standardized characteristics governed by Technical Specifications of supply placed at the basis of the procedure already defined, not susceptible to change or responding to certain national European or international standards. The Contracting Authority for the awarding and execution of the services covered by this tender shall proceed by way of derogation pursuant to Article 2, paragraph 4, of Law Decree no. 76 of 16 July 2020 as converted, with amendments, into Law no. 120 of 11 September 2020. In implementation of this provision, the provisions of Legislative Decree 50/2016 as amended and supplemented, however referred to in the tender base documentation, must be understood, therefore, to be applicable insofar as they are provided for by the aforementioned Article 2, paragraph 4 and/or necessary to ensure the expeditiousness and simplification of the tender procedure, as well as the correct and rapid conduct of the contract.All the activities covered by the contract are attributable to the main service; therefore, the participation of multi-participants pursuant to Article 45 paragraph 2 letter d), e), f) and g) of Legislative Decree 50/2016 as amended, of a vertical or mixed nature, but exclusively of a horizontal nature, is not possible.
