Description

The services included in this consultation are indicated below:- the design of the technical infrastructures specific to the tramway system;- the application of the principles of facade to facade development in connection with the urban project management of the Grand Bellevue ZAC, in the ETP and AVP phases;- the PRO studies and monitoring of the construction of the tramway infrastructures as well as the urban development according to the perimeter defined in the optional firmed-up section.All of the services call for expertise in the following technical fields:- the railway track (rails, switches and crossings, Nantes track system, surfacing, etc.);- railway signalling;- overhead contact lines;- high currents (energy substation, feeders, CIJ, etc.);- low currents (video, sound, customer information, DTT, PCC, PCE, etc.);- Multi-tubular systems;- Traffic light signalling;- Passenger stations and shelters;- Operating premises (energy substation, railway signalling, etc.);- VRD installations (earthworks, drainage, lighting, etc.).The above areas are broken down into the various basic project management missions:- general project management of the operation;- preliminary technical studies - ETP;- preliminary project studies - AVP;- project studies - PRO;- assistance in the awarding of works contracts - ACT;- execution studies/visitation of execution plans - EXE/VISA;- management of the execution of works contracts - DET;- assistance in acceptance operations - AOR.Several complementary missions are also integrated, in particular- administrative and regulatory files, including land acquisitions;- security and certification files;- scheduling and planning and coordination, interface management;- project and network synthesis;- activity reporting;- assistance with public consultation and information;- administration of electronic data management;- project design in BIM, appropriation of the graphic charter and writing of the BIM agreement, including the function of "BIM Manager";- organisation and direction of overall testing.
