Description

Open procedure, pursuant to art. 60 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments and integrations, entirely managed by telematic means, for the awarding of contracts for the construction of the line and related works between the progressive km 127+343 and km 132+923 of the Brescia-Verona functional lot; - construction lot 1, as part of the Milan-Verona HS/HC Milan-Verona section of the Brescia-East - Verona section, for a total tender-based amount of EUR 109 584 909,79, excluding VAT, of which EUR 109 288 471,78 for body works, EUR 296 438,01 for custom-made works. The above amounts are inclusive of EUR 5 722 208.57 for security charges not subject to reduction. These works are broken down as follows: - category OG3, classification VIII: EUR 77 286 657,12, predominantly category, with compulsory qualification, subcontracting up to 40 % (forty per cent) of the amount involved, - category OS21, classification VIII: EUR 32 298 252,67, category which can be separated, with compulsory qualification, subcontracting up to 30 % (thirty per cent) of the amount involved.
