Description
The subject of the contract for the purchase of tram wagons together with related services and deliveries will be performed after the conclusion of separate implementation agreements.1 The first implementation agreement covers the production and delivery of 10 units of tram wagons.2 Subsequent implementation agreements may cover the production and delivery of the remaining no more than 50 units of tram wagons.3 The subject of the contract may also cover supplies of consumables necessary to perform preventive and repair activities for the offered trams, performed on the basis of separate agreements concluded.
