"Delivery of HDR apparatus for brachytherapy as part of the task of the National Oncology Strategy entitled "Retrofitting of radiotherapy facilities". - HDR apparatus replacement for the years 2021-2022.As part of the performance of the contract, the contractor shall:a) delivery of the medical apparatus constituting the subject of the contract together with the documents required in the SWZ to the registered office of the ordering party;b) disassembly of the used apparatus;c) execution of the adaptation of the premises in accordance with the specification given in Annex No. 8;d) assembly, installation and training of personnel in the operation and practical use of the equipment and software carried out in Polish;e) delivery, together with the medical equipment, of operating instructions in Polish, technical passports, warranty cards, technical documentation necessary for the proper operation of the equipment, rules for the provision of services by an authorised service in the post-warranty period, and a list of consumables used in the ongoing operation of the subject of the contract...
