This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

h. Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price
i. Period of Performance: Base year and four (4) one-year options, beginning 6/22/2019 6/21/2020
2. Statement of Work
GENERAL INFORMATION
a. Title of Project: K9 Maintenance Training and Annual Re-certification
b. Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverable described in this statement of work (SOW), except as may otherwise be specified.
c. Period of Performance: The period of performance for this contract will be a base year plus four option years. Work at the Government site shall not take place on Federal holidays or weekends unless directed by the CO.
d. Type of Contract: Firm-Fixed-Price.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
a. TRAINING: The contract shall provide a minimum of twelve 8-hour sessions of annual maintenance training.
b. Training will occur at the contractor s training facility.
c. Contractor shall provide opportunity for the Canine team to receive remedial training as needed.
d. Contractor shall provide annual re-certification for K9 team as required by VA K9 training Unit 23 and California Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST).
e. Contractor shall provide unlimited phone consultation for any training.
3. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02, dated 5/6/2019. The following provisions and clauses apply to this solicitation, and can be found in enclosure 2 to
