This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) 36C26219R0095.

Submit written offers in accordance with Addendum to 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC)2019-02TA. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 541930, with a size standard of $7.5M apply to this procurement.

The Contractor shall provide employees with in-person and video remote American Sign Language (ASL) services to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Long Beach Healthcare System (VALBHS). See statement of work for additional details
