Description

This part of the assignment relates to the more 'regular' printed matter, to promote tourism in Flemish Brabant. This print is made available free of charge to citizens and tourists in Flemish Brabant, for example, twice a year (spring and autumn) a tourist magazine (A4 format) of 12-20 pg's is produced in 50 000 ex. In addition, there are the various thematic brochures, from 8 to 96 pg's, format 21 to 21 cm, 20 000 - 50 000 ex/brochure.An annual report, in A4 format, of 40-44 pg's, is printed on 1 000 ex. This lot also includes various A4 and A3 folded flyers and leaflets (6 000 ex per flyer), A4 and A3 posters (500 - 1 000 x) and A0 posters (100 - 500 ex). The second part of the commission comprises the paying bicycle, walking and equestrian publications, which are published on average twice a year. The cards are printed on synthetic (tear- and water-resistant) paper and have a maximum size of 63 x 96 cm. The cards are folded to the dimensions of 12 x 21 cm and are in some cases accompanied by a spiral binding information guide. In that case, they are presented in the form of a pocket square. The plot with promotional material is rather limited in size compared to the other plots. This includes (non-exhaustive list): - panels (125 x 95 cm) in trespa or dibond (1 - 10 ex); - various types of stickers in different formats (average 200 ex/year); - postcards (2 000 ex); - displays in various materials and formats (2 000 ex per type); - beer mats (2 000 ex); - brochure holders in various materials and formats (2 000 ex/type); - personalised notebooks (50 - 200 ex).
