Description

The offered buses must meet the requirements of:1) Polish regulations on the admission of vehicles to service, contained in Section III of the Act of 20 June 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1990, as amended) and meet the technical conditions specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Development of 30 January 2015 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2010, No. 33, item 659, as amended). U. of 2016, item 2022);2) have a valid type-approval certificate together with the attachments of the offered vehicle type issued by the competent minister; the Ordering Party requires that the approval certificate meets the requirements of UNECE Regulation No. 107 - uniform provisions concerning the approval of vehicles of category M2 or M3 with regard to their general construction (Dz.U.UE.L.2015).The Ordering Party shall declare that the bus has been manufactured no earlier than in 2018 if all electronic components, body and chassis components, tyres and aggregates will be brand new and will have the character of production no earlier than in 2018. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of tenders for prototype buses.45) be resistant to the action of means used to maintain road passability in winter, as well as to the action of means for washing and cleaning vehicles;6) have a varnish coating of strength enabling daily washing with the use of an automatic brush car wash;2. The Contractor shall supply buses of one make, type and version, which means that they shall be identical, in particular in terms of their construction, technical characteristics, equipment and colouring.3The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide a detailed technical description of the components (confirming that the conditions specified by the Contracting Authority are met).4 The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to: 1) train 10 employees of the Contracting Authority in the field of maintenance and safe and ergonomic bus driving; (the Contracting Authority allows the possibility of training, by the Contractor, the Contracting Authority's employees within 30 days of the date of signing the delivery and acceptance report); 5. The Contracting Authority requires that energy consumption and pollutant emissions be at a level not higher than the values specified in Annex XV of the Amendments to Regulation (EC) No 599/2009 of the European Commission Regulation (EU) No 582/2011 of 25 May 2011 implementing and amending Regulations (EC) No 595/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council with respect to emissions from heavy duty vehicles (EURO VI) and amending Annexes I and III to Directive 2007/46 EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, i.e., the limit values for individual pollutant emissions must not be higher than:1) carbon monoxide (CO) emissions: - 4,0 g/kWh.2) total hydrocarbon (THC) emissions: - 0,16 g/kWh,3)nitrogen oxides (NOx) emissions: - 0,46 g/kWh,4)NH3 emissions: - 10ppm,5)particulate mass: -0,01 g/kWhand meet the conditions:1)energy consumption, for the life cycle of the bus, for mileage 800.000 km - in accordance with the Regulation of the Prime Minister of 10 May 2011 on criteria for evaluating offers other than the mandatory price with regard to certain types of public procurement (Journal of Laws of 2011, No. 96, item 559) - should not exceed 10,440,000 MJ.6The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor grant a minimum of: 7.24 monthly warranty for the whole vehicle; 8.96 monthly warranty for the durability of the body structure and plating;
