Poland - Public transport buses

Description

The subject of the order is the delivery of 9 brand new city buses, low-floor, environmentally friendly buses with a length of 11.8±12.2 m class maxi (8 pieces) and 9.5±10.6 m class midi (1 piece). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 3 to the ToR. Within the price offered, the Economic Operator shall also be obliged to: a) conduct training for 4 employees in the scope of current bus maintenance and repair. Theoretical and practical training shall be conducted in the Ordering Party's seat, using the buses being the subject of delivery, multimedia and traditional materials in the amount of not less than 64 clock hours; b) granting the Ordering Party an ASO service authorisation for internal needs. The Contractor shall be obliged to authorise the Contracting Authority to perform technical maintenance and warranty repairs of the delivered buses on terms and conditions no less favourable for the Contracting Authority than those specified in Appendix No. 3 to the ToR;c) supply of electrical equipment (dedicated devices and systems), additional equipment related to the granted authorisation, including instrumentation, diagnostic apparatus (engine, gearbox, CAN installation, pneumatic system), specialist tools necessary to perform maintenance and warranty repairs of buses, as well as software (full licenses) and necessary devices using this software, according to the requirements resulting from the Annex. 3 to the ToR, at least for the duration of the guarantee period and providing software updates for at least 10 years; d) providing dedicated electronic equipment and systems for preparing and loading schedule data and voice announcements - according to the requirements of the ToR - according to the requirements specified in the ToR. No. 3 to the ToR - enabling the bus to operate within the Poznań Electronic Agglomeration Card, hereinafter referred to as PEKA within the Municipal Transport Authority in Poznań, additional equipment in connection with the granted authorisation and software (full licenses) referred to in point 5(c) above; e) delivery and installation of a monitoring system within each bus; f) delivery to the Ordering Party together with the delivery of buses, full repair and maintenance documentation.6All buses offered must be: manufactured by the same manufacturer, identical (in two length classes), in particular in terms of construction, technical parameters and completion, equipment and organization of passenger space, have the same color and styling with the exception of differences resulting from the requirements for completion of the ToR.7. The bus offered is to meet the technical and operational parameters specified in the current provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment of 31.12.2002. (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022).8. Offered buses are to be brand new, produced not earlier than one year before delivery - according to the definition from the Act on Road Traffic of 20.6.1997. (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1990), have a valid EC vehicle type-approval certificate issued in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of 25.3.2013 on type-approval of motor vehicles and trailers and their equipment or parts (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1475) and meet the requirements of the EURO 6.9 emission standard. The subject of the contract also includes all the works and obligations of the Contractor listed in the model contract.The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Chapter III of the ToR and in Annex 3 to the ToR.
