Description

The subject of the contract is the manufacture and delivery of five brand new low-floor city buses of the midi class, adapted to diesel oil supply, meeting the EURO VI standard of exhaust gas purity, equipped with additional elements increasing the usefulness of public transport and road traffic safety, together with the granting of authorisation and the transfer of additional equipment necessary and necessary for independent maintenance and technical repair, all buses must be identical in terms of technical parameters and picking, have the same coloring and equipment. They should be manufactured by the same manufacturer, from the same components of the same type, which in all vehicles will be identical, and the buses offered must meet the following standards and requirements: 1. Standard PN-S-47010:1999 for low-floor, one-part city bus without any derogations.2Requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022, as amended), and in particular requirements concerning permissible dimensions, vehicle masses and axle loads.3 The current "Vehicle Type Approval Certificate" for the offered bus type, taking into account the conformity of the model, variant and version, issued in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of 25 March 2013. (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1475) and the test protocol SORT-2, as well as meeting the requirements specified in the provisions of the Act of 20 June 1997 on Road Traffic (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1990, as amended).4. The buses offered may not be prototype buses (applies to vehicles offered in this tender in terms of brand, type and length); vehicles produced and sold in less than 10 pieces for the EU market or the Kingdom of Norway or the Swiss Confederation are excluded from the proceedings.Detailed requirements, technical parameters and equipment which the buses offered must meet and have are specified in point 2.2.5. of the ToR Whenever a specific standard, approval, technical specification and technical reference systems established by the European standardisation bodies are required to be met by the contract, the Awarding Authority shall accept solutions equivalent to those described herein. The Contractor who refers to equivalent solutions described by the Purchaser is obliged to demonstrate that the deliveries offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Purchaser. The Purchaser reserves the right to inspect the vehicles during production, at the time agreed with the Contractor.
