Description

The subject of the contract is delivery of 15 brand new buses powered by compressed natural gas CNG including: part 1 - 3 midi buses, part 2 - 11 maxi buses, part 3 - 1 mega.2 buses. Detailed description of the subject of the contract includes annexes: for part 1 - no. 1.1, part 2 - no. 1.2 and part 3 - no. 1.3 as well as a model contract with annexes.3If during the execution of the contract, after signing the contract, legal regulations introducing new technical requirements and mandatory standards are announced, the Contractor shall introduce them in vehicles before handing over the buses to the Ordering Party. 4. As part of the project's promotional activities, the Contractor is required to place stickers/information boards inside and outside each bus in accordance with the guidelines of the managing authority.
