That the company Terminal 107 DCM srl (fiscal code/VAT code: 04324080714), a subsidiary of the international industrial group Seasif Holding Limited, with registered office in Foggia at Corso Cairoli 37, with an application dated 15.12.2020, registered with the Authority on 16.12.2020 under prot. no. 20200031697 and integrated with prot. no. 20200032362 of 24.12.2020, requested the issue of a state concession, pursuant to art. 18 of law 84/94 and subsequent amendments and additions, with contextual authorization for the advance occupation, as terminal operator, and exclusively, of quay A5, for a period of 25 (twenty-five) years. All those who may be interested are invited to submit any comments and/or competing applications within 10 (ten) calendar and consecutive days from the date of the publication deadline as indicated above. In case of submission of competing applications, a comparative procedure will be carried out in accordance with Article 37 of the Navigation Code.
