Liars - Otwock: Karczewska- Batory - Przewoska - Andriollego - OTWOCK /KUPIECKA/L47 SULEJÓWEK/ŁOMŻYŃSKA/ - Świętochowski - Łukasiński - Home Army - PKP Sulejówek-Miłosna - Bema - Narutowicza - Sienkiewicza - POZNAŃSKA - Narutowicza - PKP SULEJÓWEK-MIŁOSNA - Armia Krajowa - SULEJÓWEK/ŁOMŻYŃSKA/L48 PKP SULEJÓWEK - Grabskiego - al. Piłsudskiego - Mariańska - Social Deed - Asphalt - Bend: School - Izabela - MICHAŁÓWEK/Mystery Shopping Centre/Train schedule assumptions, route and list of stops are annexes to the contract (Annex 4 to the ToR - Model contract with annexes). The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in art. 134 par. 1. 6 of the PPL in the following cases:1) During the contract period with the use of buses reported by the Economic Operator in the Tender Form, in a situation where it is necessary to increase the transport work above the limit of vehicle kilometres specified in chapter VI of the ToR,2) During the contract period with the use of an additional number of buses in operation meeting the minimum requirements specified in the ToR, in a situation where it is necessary to increase the transport work beyond the limit of vehicle kilometres specified in Chapter VI of the ToR,3) At the end of the contract period using buses reported by the Economic Operator in the Tender Form, where the maximum value of a new contract resulting from the product of the number of vehicle kilometres and the rate for vehicle kilometres may not exceed 50% of the estimated value of the basic contract.
