Description

VVT tariff provisions as at 1.9.2019). The transport contract between the RU and the passenger which is concluded shall not be affected by this. The contractual relationship is to be concluded for a period of 5 years with the option of the contracting authority to extend it to 10 years (starting with the international timetable change 2019/2020). Once the contract has been concluded, a compensation amount will be made available in future for the recognition of VVT tickets as described above on the journeys offered by the company in its own long-distance traffic, specifying the timetable locations and their frequencies, whereby the compensation amount cannot and will not cover the economic risk of the transport offered, but is only to be considered for the carriage of passengers with VVT tickets.
