Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to provide Psychodiagnostic and Mental Health assessments for federally sentenced offenders at Kingston Area Institutions including Warkworth.
Objectives: The psychologist will provide psychological assessment services to offenders and collaborate, when required, with the interdisciplinary health services team that includes, but is not limited to nursing, psychology, social work, occupational therapy and other allied healthcare professionals.
Deliverables: To provide up to a maximum of 144 Psychodiagnostic Assessment Reports and 624 hours for Mental Health Assessments per year. We expect 70% of the service to be delivered on site while the remaining hours can be delivered by telepsychology only if required up to a maximum of 30% of the time.
Term of Contract:
Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed during the period of March 2, 2020 to February 28, 2023 with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods.
