Ireland - Provision of My Open Library Automation Solution for Westmeath Libraries

Description

Westmeath Libraries requires an integrated, fully supported automated system to facilitate the delivery a My Open Library service in three libraries, Moate, Castlepollard and Athlone.
The successful tenderer will be responsible for
• the supply installation and commisioning of an automation solution for My Open Library to include access control equipment;
• provision of automation equipment to integrate with existing hardware and fittings;
• monitoring and management software; CCTV equipment; staff training;
• maintenance of all hardware and software provided.
Lot 1: Moate Library - Timeline for project: Service installation to be in place by end of January 2020.
Lot 2: Castlepollard Library -Timeline for project: Service installation to be in place by end of Ferbruary 2020.
Lot 3: Athlone Library -Timeline for project: 2020 (Funding dependent)
The tenderer acknowledges and accepts that Lot 3 shall only be proceeded with when funding is allocated by the Department some time in future, and the Tender shall have no claim now or in future for any compensation if the Council does not proceed with Lot 3.
