Description

Delivery of fire protective clothing for the fire department Göttingen:- 350 jackets with reflective stripes, prepared for the installation of a rescue system tested with the jacket and certified according to the standards DIN EN 358 and DIN EN 1498 (see below).),- 150 back signs made of aramid fabric "professional fire brigade",- 200 back signs made of aramid fabric "voluntary fire brigade",- 350 trousers,- 150 integrated rescue system according to DIN EN 1498 type A and DIN EN 358 (The offered system is built into the jacket and must be tested together with it for thermal safety and application safety according to DIN EN 469). The use of the offered system with the jacket must be explicitly mentioned in the instructions for use of the jacket.)- Training for the rescue system,- Training for care, maintenance and inspection.test suits: Free provision of 3 test suits (jacket and trousers) in the sizes 1 x size 52 and 2 x size 54, including the appropriate IRS, with the submission of the offer. Deviations in colour are permitted, but must be indicated in a separate data sheet. Other deviations of the test suit from the offered version are not permitted. The test suits will be used to carry out the wear tests listed under "Evaluation of offers" and will then be returned cleaned. The tests can cause traces of use and damage to the suits. Each test suit must be enclosed, separately for jacket and trousers:- 1 x in paper form and 1 x electronically (pdf format):-- manufacturer's data sheet,-- instructions for use/use,-- washing instructions,-- care instructions,-- test report flaming test.- certificate safety vest release:-- certificate: 469:2007,-- certificate CE marking,-- certificate ISO 9001 of the manufacturer, language: German.For the goods listed as the subject of performance in the description of services, the contractor shall only be obliged to deliver or use goods for which he can prove compliance with the minimum requirements laid down in the core labour standards of the International Labour Organization (ILO) in accordance with § 2 of the Lower Saxony Core Labour Standards Ordinance (NKernVO). The undertaking applies only to products obtained in a country or territory included in the DAC List of ODA Recipients of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) at the time of submission of the tender. The list can be viewed on the Internet at http://www.oecd.org/dac/financing-sustainable-development/development-finance-standards/DAC . If the goods are not manufactured in a country or territory that is listed in the DAC List of ODA Recipients of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD; http://www.oecd.org/dac/financing-sustainable-development/development-finance-standards/DAC), there is no obligation to provide proof according to § 2 NKernVO. A corresponding certificate of origin (customs confirmation, production order or equivalent certificate) is presented to the customer upon delivery of the goods.
