Description

The subject of the order is the purchase of 1800 kpl. of protective clothing with the option of increasing to 2600 kpl. in accordance with the requirements contained in the Description of the subject of the Order (OPZ). Within the right of option up to 800 cpl.Warranty for the period of use: protective clothing and gloves - at least 2 years from the date of unpacking the factory packaging (to first use in conditions of exposure), for transport bags - at least 3 years from the date of receipt of the subject of the contract. Warranty for the period of storage: for protective clothing and gloves - at least 15 years from the date of receipt of the subject of the contract (in the factory packaging), for transport bags - at least 10 years from the date of receipt of the subject of the contract.
The subject matter of the contract is the purchase of 1800 kpl. of protective clothing with an option to increase to 2600 kpl. in accordance with the requirements included in the Description of the Subject matter of the Contract (OPZ).Pursuant to art. 93 par. 1a of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority may invalidate the contract award procedure if the funds which the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance the whole or part of the contract were not allocated to it, and the possibility of invalidating the procedure on this basis was provided for in the contract notice.The subject matter of the contract is subject to evaluation in accordance with the Act of 17 November 2006 on the system of conformity assessment of products intended for the needs of national defence and security (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 114) and the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 18 March 2013 on conducting conformity assessment of products intended for the needs of national security and the list of such products (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 266).
