The subject of the order is to deliver in the years 2020 - 2021 items of uniforms and outfits - white camouflage clothing modernized, covers for the tank. The order includes 5 tasks: Task 1. large cover in desert camouflage for the tank; Task 2. small cover in desert camouflage for the tank; Task 3. large cover in white for the tank; Task 4. small cover in white for the tank; Task 5. White camouflage clothing modernized.The contractor's quality management system must meet the requirements of PN-EN ISO 9001:2015.The subject of the contract will be subject to quality supervision carried out by RPW in accordance with AQAP 2110 edition D version 1.The subject of the contract is barcode marking.
The subject of the contract within the scope of task no. 1 is to deliver in the years 2020 - 2021 the items of uniforms and outfitting - a large cover in desert camouflage to the tank, in quantity: 2020 r.: 1000 pieces; 2021: The contract will be executed on time in accordance with the offer of the contractor selected to execute the contract (the execution date is one of the tender evaluation criteria). The contractor shall offer one of the three variants of the contract completion dates, i.e.: - 2020: 1,000 units; 2021: 2000 units. - until 10.11.20202021 - 2,000 units. - by 31.03.2021 - 20 points; - 2020 - 1,000 units. - by 20.11.20202021 - 2,000 units. - by 30.06.2021 - 10 points - 2020 - 1,000 units - by 30.11.2020.2021 - 2,000 pcs. - by 30.09.2021 - 0 point 3.In order to confirm that the offered subject of the contract meets the requirements specified by the orderer, the orderer shall request from the contractor whose tender will be evaluated at the highest, to submit within not less than 10 days the following documents:1) a document stating that the contractor's quality management system meets the requirements contained in PN-EN ISO 9001:2015;2) a current certificate confirming that the large desert camouflage cover to the tank compliant with WDTT 980/MON and PUiW model (with the date of issue later than the date of approval of WDTT 980/MON by the Commander of the Military Research and Implementation Centre of the Uniformed Services) issued by an entity authorized to quality control (WOBWSM in Łódź) confirming that the offered subject of the contract conforms to the technical specifications specified by the Contracting Authority 1.
