Description

The subject matter of the contract is to develop a concept and technical design of the educational nature trail together with its implementation in locations selected by the Contractor within the city of Bydgoszcz. Both the concept and the technical design of the path will be subject to approval by the Employer. The purpose of creating an educational path on the subject of remediation works and their significance for the environment and the region is to increase the environmental awareness of residents. The path is to enable reaching as many residents of Bydgoszcz as possible with information describing the scale and scope of the initial contamination of soil and water environment, and then the positive environmental effects of the actions taken.
As part of the task, the Contractor shall be obliged to:1) develop documentation presenting the concept of the nature educational path, in accordance with current technical standards, principles of technical knowledge and provisions of law;2) prepare a project of a promotion campaign of the nature educational path, understood as a proposal for the content presented through the elements of the path, serving the purpose referred to in item II above;3) estimate, on the basis of assumptions specified in the concept of the nature educational path, the operating costs of the installation during one year;4) preparing documentation presenting the technical design of the nature education path in accordance with current technical standards, principles of technical knowledge and legal regulations;5) applying on behalf of the Ordering Party to the relevant authorities to obtain the necessary permits or notifications required by law for the realization of the investment and also obtaining opinions and agreements required by law and necessary to obtain the above mentioned documents 6) construction of the nature education trail in accordance with the concept and technical design approved by the Contracting Authority and securing the rights to place the trail elements in the public space, including acquiring the rights to the properties where the trail elements will be placed until 28 February 20237) presenting the actual annual costs of the nature trail after one year of its operation within 30 days after the first year of the trail's operation;8) carrying out ongoing (until 28 February 2023) information activities via the elements of the nature trail (e.g. updating the data presented on LCD screens);9) ongoing maintenance of all elements of the nature trail until 28 February 2023. After this date, all created devices/assets that make up the nature education trail will be transferred to the Contracting Authority's ownership;10) reconstruct at the Contracting Authority's expense any elements of the nature education trail that are damaged or devastated during the period of contract performance;11) The Contractor, at the Contracting Authority's discretion: a. disassembles the element of the nature education trail on 28 February 2023 a. disassemble the nature education trail component on February 28, 2023 and deliver it to a location specified by the Ordering Party in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province, whereby on the date of delivery of the nature education trail component to the Ordering Party, ownership of the element will transfer to the Ordering Party; or b. within 14 days of a written request from the Ordering Party, transfer to the Ordering Party its rights to place the nature education trail component in a public space, including the right to the property on which the trail component is located, which transfer will be effective as of March 1, 2023, A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in appendix no. 8 to the SWZ (Terms of Reference) and in the model agreement which is appendix no. 9 to the SWZ.
