Description

The subject of the contract is to carry out information and promotion activities (campaign) within the framework of the health policy programme called Pilot Programme for Prevention of Liver Cancer through early detection of chronic HCV and HBV infections in adult inhabitants of Poland. The main tasks of the Contractor include preparation of the creative concept of the campaign and the schedule; preparation of the logotype and the sign book; development of the graphic concept of the campaign; development of materials for publication and emission: press releases, press advertisements, leaflets, posters, radio spots, TV spots; preparation and conduct of the information campaign about the programme on the website and in social media; development of trainings for the Employer's e-learning platform; constant monitoring and reporting on the progress of the campaign; preparation and publication of information about the programme in the IPC (Patient's Internet Account).The Contracting Authority demands that the Contractor ensures cooperation with experts in the following fields: epidemiology, treatment of hepatitis B/C, POZ, social communication/psychology, NGOs dealing with hepatitis patients (at least one expert in each field, each of the experts must have at least one person in each field. 3 years of experience in a given field). The obligation to employ experts lies with the Contractor. All materials prepared by the Economic Operator must be accepted in writing by relevant experts. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract can be found in the ToR and Annex 1 to the ToR (hereinafter: "ToR").
