Services provided under the terms of § 2 AHO, for the service areas of project stages 3 to 5 marked in the service description. Description of the project: In the course of implementing the integrated development concept "Perspective inner city Lünen 2012", it was decided to strengthen the inner city as a cultural and educational location as the overall objective. The establishment of a common requirements facility is intended to strengthen the frequency and structure of the city centre, in particular the northern city centre. A new spatial and utilisation concept was developed for the "Persiluhrpassage", which is currently vacant and has become unattractive for retail use. A cultural educational institution is to be created here by converting the existing building, in which both the Lünens Municipal Library and volunteers and associations living in the cultural and educational sector will be given a new, shared home. With a cultural educational institution, points of contact are to be created for actors from the field of education and culture. On around 1,430 square metres, the learning and meeting place close to the citizens is to be flexible, experimental, creative and inclusive. Since this is a subsidised measure, it is assumed and expected that the project controller will work in accordance with the funding regulations. In the course of the cooperation, the project controller will become part of the project group already existing at the City of Lünen. the present draft does not represent a complete draft planning of work phase 3. There are no detailed plans for the construction work. On the other hand, detailed plans are already available for the interior design and also for the information counter in the foyer I area. The contract volume for the planned refurbishment of the existing building amounted to EUR 5,018,938 (construction, planning and ancillary construction costs).
