Description

The municipality of Poing, district of Ebersberg, intends to build a new school swimming pool and a canteen. The school swimming pool is to be available to Poing pupils in the context of sports lessons as well as to clubs and has the following room program (NUF):- Water area (312.5 m2),- Anteroom (approx. 30 m2),- Changing rooms (approx. 3 x 30 m2),- washing/shower rooms (approx. 2 x 25 m2),- swimming master/teacher room (approx. 15 m2),- equipment room (approx. 15 m2),- technical area (approx. 350 m2).the concept of the school swimming pool is to be based on proven floor plans.the canteen is to enable the pupils of the surrounding schools to have daily meals in up to 4 shifts (preparation kitchen). The following room program (NUF) is intended for this purpose:- Dining room for up to 120 students (approx. 220 m2),- Food distribution (approx. 20 m2),- Scullery (approx. 30 m2),- Disposal (approx. 6 m2),- Delivery (approx. 10 m2),- Staff changing room and toilets (approx. 12 m2),- Cleaning agent storage (approx. 4 m2),- Foyer (approx. The former caretaker's house including garages, a transformer house and a noise protection wall along Gruber Straße are located on the planned planning area. The caretaker's house including garage in the construction window is available for disposition. In any case, the transformer house must be preserved or integrated into the new building. The remaining area is currently being used as a schoolyard. The open space planning is being drawn up by an external planner. The currently valid development plan will be adapted in parallel with the planning. The measure is to be supported by the Free State of Bavaria. In the order the contract samples of the client will be used.
