Description

More detailed and important information on the planning services to be awarded (subject of the contract) is described under point II.2.4) of this notice.
According to the contracts provided in the tender documents, the services to be awarded are:- for the new Cyber Valley building: project management services of project stages 1-5 according to AHO § 205 and- for the refurbishment of the technical infrastructure: project management services of project stages 1, 3-5 according to AHO § 205.The services include partial services from the project stages of project preparation to project completion as well as the areas of action A-E. Overall, there are special requirements (planning and time constraints) with regard to the coordination processes, interfaces and communication for all project participants. There is an increased effort of communication and documentation in the large planning team. The interests of the public client must be represented during the execution of the project, and the rules and regulations and specifications must be known and complied with accordingly. The construction measures take place during ongoing operation of the adjacent buildings. Any experiments may not be impaired by the construction work and must be taken into account accordingly by the project team. The special requirements for the performance of services may make it necessary to be available frequently/short term at the request of the client for coordination meetings on site or in Munich. By submitting an application to participate, the applicants declare that they are in a position to complete the services within the time period (see Section II.2Title 1: Cyber Valley:Cyber Valley is one of the largest research cooperations in Europe in the field of artificial intelligence and robotics, in which partners from science and industry research and develop intelligent systems. The planning and implementation of the measure is carried out as a Building Information Modeling (BIM) pilot project of the Max Planck Society in OpenBIM. The exchange and coordination of the individual trades via corresponding ifc models. The individual services are listed in the service profile and in the MPG's Client Information Requirements (AIA). The tasks of overall BIM coordination and BIM management are performed by the project planning department, which also provides the necessary collaboration platform for the overall planning of the project. The total area NF 1-6 for the extension building is 3 187 m2. The anticipated construction costs (incl. media channel) for the KG 300 + 400 amount to just under EUR 20.1 million (net), the total construction costs to approx. EUR 26.3 million (net).the following milestones are planned for the implementation:- Start of planning: 10/2020;- Handover of the construction site: 08/2021;- Planned start of construction: 01/2023;- Handover to the user: 06/2025.Title 2: Rehabilitation of Technical Infrastructure - Part III (STI III):The building Heisenbergstraße 1 is a 7-storey research building dating from 1975, which was included in the list of cultural monuments in Baden-Württemberg in 2019. In order to maintain the scientific operation, the renovation of technical facilities in the basement floors and fire protection upgrades are currently being planned. Essential components of the project management services for this measure are in the area of schedule and cost control (including project change and supplement management and the outflow of funds) as well as in the support of the client in project execution and communication with the various users and the planning team.The anticipated construction costs for the KG 300 + 400 amount to just under EUR 11.4 million (net), the total construction costs amount to approx. EUR 16.0 million (net).the following milestones are planned for the implementation:- Start of planning: completed;- Handover of construction main inspection: completed 05/2020;- Planned start of construction: 05/2022;- Completion: 02/2024.
