Description
The contract to be awarded is a project management contract for the rehabilitation of Mas des Brousses in the Cambaceres district of Montpellier. Work is planned on the roof and joinery of the Mas and its annexes.
The building is approximately 900m² including 400m² for each of the ground floor and R+1 levels and 100m² for the R+2 level.
The contract includes a firm tranche and 1 optional tranche defined as follows:
