Canada - Project management and architecture support service for the integration of a commercial solution

Description

The Québec Lobbyists Commissioner wishes to use external resources to carry out most of the work to support internal resources. The mandates entrusted may cover one or more of the following aspects: project management, software and organic architecture, security architecture and technological architecture. It wishes to benefit from the expertise of a service provider with expertise in project financial management and architecture and to entrust it with the implementation of certain sections of the business case for the implementation of the new platform for disclosing lobbying activities. These sections will be validated by the project steering committee and will feed into the call for tenders for the acquisition of a commercial solution. This business case should make it possible to evaluate different scenarios allowing the rapid implementation of the platform, to confirm the choice of technological solution, the costs of implementation, the schedule as well as the level of contribution of the various stakeholders that will be required to carry out this project.
To effectively carry out this time-limited mandate, the service provider will need to provide the following four (4) strategic resources:

1 Senior Project Manager ;
1 organic architecture consultant;
1 security architecture consultant;
1 consultant in technological architecture.
