Germany - Programming of system and user software

Description

The support, further development, expansion and optimisation of the existing system will be put out to tender. A distinction is made between:- Section 4.1: fixed positions with concretely pending and defined implementations,- Section 4.2: optional work that can be invoiced on the basis of contractually defined hourly rates. Listed is a non-exhaustive selection of conceivable or partly already planned implementations, - Section 4.3: Maintenance & care of the system incl. server support and- Section 4.4: Contingencies.the implementations involve various areas of responsibility, including technical support of the system, programming of new interfaces, graphic adaptations of the website, but also creative input for further development and optimisation of the online offer.the client expects an order volume of up to EUR 440 500 net over the entire project duration of presumably 1.3.2020 - 28.2.2023. The concrete distribution of expenses over this period cannot yet be planned due to the above-mentioned reasons. In addition to the firmly planned implementations (items 4.1 and 4.3), the client guarantees a minimum implementation of 50 person days per year for item 4.2. The total amount of orders is subject to financing by the Ministry of the Environment of Rhineland-Palatinate.
