Description

Since 2015, RATP has been renewing its fleet of 6,500 Traveller Information Kiosks (BIVs) to provide enhanced information via cellular links.The Radius service, which manages the authentication of these BIVs and allows equipment to identify itself in order to access the RATP network and dialogue with the passenger information servers, must be renewed on the basis of an industrial environment that allows the management of the rights of the terminal fleet and the management of functional or corrective changes (application of corrections, security updates to the OS, middleware and RADIUS software).The purpose of this contract is to define the terms and conditions for the implementation and maintenance of a new Radius service for the Passenger Information Kiosks (BIV2), as described in the Functional and Technical Specifications (CSFT).
Minimum amount services:The implementation of the new Radius service for the Passenger Information Kiosks (BIV2),Access to the Application Service,The supplies:-Equipment of the authentication service (production and pre-production environment);-Solution of a deployment tool (production environment);-HMI solution of a provisioning service;-Solution of an archiving tool;Maximum amount services :The Minimum Amount Services,Type 1 maintenance of the existing BIV2 Radius Service for a maximum duration of forty-eight (48) months per twelve (12) month period,Hardware maintenance for a maximum duration of forty-eight (48) months per twelve (12) month period,Equipment manufacturer support for a maximum duration of forty-eight (48) months per twelve (12) month period,Software editor support for a maximum duration of forty-eight (48) months per twelve (12) month period,Associated services for a maximum volume of 150 days*men,Training,Reversibility.
