Description

The management training consultation has been relaunched following a declaration of no action. This contract is awarded under the provisions of Article L.2123-1 of the Public Order Code. The aim of the training is to enable each participant to find his or her bearings in his or her environment and to find the right position in his or her role as manager. It must have a lasting effect on the managerial practice of the participants. It aims to enable participants to acquire skills, as well as to improve their know-how and interpersonal skills in order to increase their professionalism. It must provide concrete and operational lessons to employees: it is not a question of delivering a theoretical and abstract training on management.
