Module 1 - Driving training (forklift driver) - Bierset siteThe training includes a theoretical part, practical exercises, and the organisation of the test allowing the driver to obtain the driver's licence according to Forem standards or the validation of skills for the following machine (s):- 3-wheel front truck,- 4-wheel front truck,- retractable mast truck,- stacker/spallet with mounted driver,- high lift order picker (optional).At the end of this training, the candidate must be able, for each of these machines, to:- know the characteristics of the machines, the mechanical, electrical and hydraulic components, use the load diagram and know the safety pictograms. This knowledge will be validated by the success of a MCQ,- carry out a check of the catch and end of shift,- ensure the routine maintenance of the equipment (checking levels, battery charging...),- drive safely unladen and loaded, forward and reverse, in a marked course and in a confined space,- stack loads at different heights in a pile and rack, in complete safety, and with speed and efficiency,- load and unload a trailer at the quay and on the side,- pass the Driver's Licence test or the skills validation. Module 3 - Warehouse training (warehousing only) - Tubize siteThe training includes: - alternating days of theory and practical exercises related to activities in the warehouse (see details in Module 2),- the organization of the assessment according to the Forem reference or validation of skills.Note: Unlike Module 2, Module 3 does not include the operator training described in Module 1, and upon completion of this training, the candidate must be able to meet the competencies listed in Module 2 Warehouse Operator Training - Operator and Warehousing, with the exception of the competencies related to Module 1 Machine Operation. Module 4 - Bridge Operator Training - D.R. Liege/Verviers/Huy/Arlon/Namur/NivellesTypes of bridge:- driving in the cabin,- driving by radio control + poirée cabled control- driving by radio control At the end of this training, the candidate must be able to:- carry out a catch and end of shift check,- control the swing,- carry out a centering in order to lift a load correctly,- place a load gently,- assess distances and heights,- know the main concepts of slinging,- respect instructions,- work safely,- be fast, efficient and organized,- demonstrate emotional stability,- display team spirit,- pass the theoretical and practical exams.
