The industrial pipe fitter is a skilled worker who, based on a technical file or oral instructions, manufactures pipe elements and carries out on site the assembly of lines supplying various industrial equipment. Apart from the manufacture of welded joints, its field of intervention covers the manufacturing process from the flow of materials to the customer's premises, where the industrial pipe fitter is placed under the responsibility of a line manager who transmits work instructions, supported by diagrams, sketches, plans or other technical documents that he may need to complete by searching for intermediate data by taking, for example, on-site dimensional measurements or searching by drawing the intersection limits of a stitching. The industrial pipe fitter works in the workshop and/or on site and on site. It is involved in new work, installation modifications, repair or maintenance operations. The industrial pipe fitter works in the workshop and/or on site and on site. He works on new works, modifications to installations, repairs or maintenance operations, generally working as a team with a welder, sometimes with an assembler, on the ground or at a height, sometimes in hard-to-reach places, in the open air or under cover, often in environmental conditions requiring strict compliance with safety instructions. he is not, in principle, sedentary: his work on site can lead him to small or large movements, national or international, and to work outside normal hours. Based on plans and instructions from his hierarchy, the mason is responsible for building walls, floors and reinforced concrete elements of buildings that can have various uses such as individual housing, small collective, tertiary, industrial, agricultural or technical housing, depending on the orders or specificities of the company that employs him, the mason works on new construction sites or on renovation sites. The mason uses materials such as bricks or cement agglomerates, but he can also build with insulating materials such as thin joint bricks, aerated concrete and volcanic stone agglomerates, producing traditional or single-layer plasters and finishing elements, thresholds, screeds, supports, in a traditional or prefabricated manner, and he produces reinforced concrete structural elements such as beams, columns, retaining walls and prefabricated floors. To do this, he must be able to produce and use traditional formwork, but also formwork systems such as manuportable formwork or ready-to-use cardboard formwork. the mason carries out his activity mainly outdoors, he is therefore exposed to the elements. He regularly works at heights on scaffolding, sometimes in difficult conditions (dust, noise). The mason must be in good physical condition (repeated carrying of loads, standing, walking), must be constantly concerned about safety, must know and apply the safety rules in force and must wear his Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). He or she reads the single document and the PPSPS when they exist and complies with their instructions. The mason must be in good physical condition (repeated carrying of loads, standing, walking), must be constantly concerned about safety, must know and apply the safety rules in force and must wear his Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The mason's employers are mainly small and medium-sized companies that can carry out work sites far from their headquarters, which can lead to daily and weekly trips for employees. The mason works as a team, he must have relational qualities that allow him to carry out his activities in a safe and productive way. the legislation and the environmental concerns of companies require the mason to systematically respect the sorting of construction site waste but also the control of nuisances such as noise or dust, or the consumption of water, electricity and fuel. The old building mason works on restoration and renovation or fitting out sites of old buildings, built with local materials (cut stone, rubble, pebbles, mud, solid bricks from the north, fairground bricks) according to traditional implementation techniques. he carries out structural works (walls and ancillary works) during restoration and renovation operations (reinforcement, replacement of a masonry element), fitting out (creation of openings, change of destination of premises). He ensures the maintenance of the external facades by producing traditional plasters with lime or lime and earth. The use of masonry in old buildings is generally found in small and medium-sized construction companies, while the work of masonry in old buildings is mainly carried out by a small team and both outdoors and indoors. He may be required to carry out his professional activities:- on different types of buildings,- according to flexible and variable schedules in compliance with regulations (constraints linked for example to site planning, deadlines, shift work),- under conditions specific to work on site (bad weather, dust, noise for example),- sometimes on remote sites causing medium-term travel. For all these reasons, he must be in good physical condition (prolonged standing, walking, frequent efforts) and have good interpersonal skills. The wooden carpenter is mainly employed in very small and medium-sized building companies specialising in wooden carpentry and construction. The intended uses of the buildings are individual or collective housing, tertiary and establishments open to the public. The nature of the work concerned is new work, renovation work and the creation of surfaces by extension or elevation. the wood carpenter is involved in the prefabrication and manufacturing phases of a supporting structure made of wood or wood derivative. It cuts and shapes parts in the following ways: - traditional: unit production, structural line, raw sawn raw materials and - semi-industrial: batch or small series production, size sheets, semi-finished raw materials, etc. Then, from finished parts and manufacturing files, it prefabricates structural sub-assemblies. On site, he organizes and takes care of materials and equipment. This equipment includes means related to workstations such as scaffolding and handling equipment such as a construction site forklift truck, which positions, stabilizes, adjusts, adjusts, seals and anchors the structure's subassemblies based on an execution file.In all his activities, the wood carpenter applies the individual and collective safety rules, the traditional implementation requirements of the DTU standards and ensures the level 1 maintenance of his work tools. the wood carpenter operates according to the instructions and under the control of a person in hierarchical responsibility. From the receipt of instructions to the report of the tasks performed, the wood carpenter carries out his activities independently. He is required to communicate with actors outside the company such as workers from other trades, suppliers, customer representatives or control agents. During the site preparation and lifting activity, he or she is responsible for actions that involve safety and collective organization: scaffolding assembly, machine operation, etc. The wooden carpenter uses hand tools, portable machines, semi-stationary and stationary workshop machines. He works in the company's workshops and on site exposed to bad weather. The health risks of the person holding the job are related to: - the atmosphere: machine noise, wood dust, treatment product,- the use of rotating machines and cutting tools,- the handling of loads over 55 kg and,- work at height.
