Description

The public contract resulting from this consultation will be concluded for the Regional Directorate of Constructys Occitanie. It is a framework agreement concluded without minimum or maximum amount, fixing all the contractual stipulations and executed progressively by the issue of purchase orders (articles L.2125-1 1°, R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the public order code). This public contract is concluded from the date of its notification for a period of 12 months.At the end of this first contractual period, the public contract is tacitly renewable 3 times by a new period of 12 months.The first Poec of each lot should ideally start at the beginning of December 2021 and imperatively begin before 31 December 2021.The provisional date of notification of the public contract is 19 November 2021
The contract is for the provision of a new and improved service to the public in the form of a training programme for the staff of the Ministry of Education.
