Canada - Professional engineering services for the replacement of the refrigeration system, ice rink strips and lighting fixtures at Ivan-Dugré Arena

Description

The City of Sherbrooke is seeking bids in the form of a separately priced offer of services for professional engineering services to replace the existing refrigeration system, ice rink lighting strips and fixtures, and the refurbishment of the toilets and showers in the players' rooms. The mandate includes, in brief, the preparation of plans and specifications, assistance with the call for construction tenders and supervision of the work. All according to the terms and conditions described in this call for tenders document.
Bids will be evaluated according to a two-step weighting and evaluation system based on a price/quality ratio more fully described in Chapter 3 of this section.
In summary, the first step is the qualitative evaluation and the second step is the price evaluation for bids that have received at least a score of 70/100 for the qualitative evaluation, also known as the "interim score". Two envelopes, one of which contains the price offer, must therefore be used by bidders.
